Chicken Meatball Bolognese

Ingredients i use:-

  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced)
  • cooking oil
  • soy sauce
  • ½ egg
  • 400g chicken meat (minced)
  • Seasoning- black pepper, salts, spaghetti bolognese herbs
  • ½ 680 g Prego traditional
  • cheese

How i cook it:-


1. Heat the pan, add in some cooking oil.

2. Fried the garlic then add in the onion. Seasoning with some black pepper, salt & soy sauce.

3. Set aside the fried garlic & onion to cool it down.

4. Seasoning the minced meat with some soy sauce and black pepper. Add in the garlic & onion. Mixed.

5. Add in moderate amount of beaten egg into the mixture. (*Not too much, meatball can’t be moulded if mixture is too watery)

6. Heat the pan, add in some cooking oil.

7. Mould the mixture into meatballs (with hands) and cooked it.

8. Add in the spaghetti sauce and the tomatoes. Cooked till shimmer.

9. Add in the herbs and some cheese.

10. Ready to serve.
