Located at Victoria Street. There is this building, built in 1800, restored in 2015.
Now a wine bar ⟶ Ruins Of Victoria, R.O.V.
Great ambience with dim lights and live band. It’s a perfect spot to chill with a bunch of friends or host a private party.
Hidden courtyard with podium.
They rented out their space for event too. Do contact them for more information.
The food… & drinks.
< Onion and Feta Tart / RM 18.90 >
Caramelised onions on baked puff with beetroot pesto and feta cheese.
< Boston Seafood Chowder / RM 18.90 >
Creamy mixed seafood soup served with garlic crostini. Yum 👍🏻.
< Lamb Shank / RM 49.90 >
Among the main dishes, this is my fav. It’s really good. Served with mashed potato, carrot and celery.
< Salmon Wellington / RM 49.90 >
Salmon in puff served with steamed asparagus and broccoli. I’m not a fan of salmon because of the salmony fishy taste.
< Beef Rendang / RM 32.90 >
Chunks of beef cooked with local herbs and spices with dried coconut paste served with white rice, vegetable pickles and papadum. This dish is deliciously cooked as well.
< Ribeye Steak / RM 49.90 >
Grilled to your perfection and served with mashed potato and sautéed asparagus. I don’t usually order steak because if they cook it badly it’ll go really bad. They did great with this medium-rare one that we had.
< Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare / RM 35.90 >
Pasta cooked with mixed seafood in tomato sauce. As you can see, they are not greedy with their ingredients.
< ROV Platter / RM 65.00 >
< Chef Pizza / RM 28.00 ; ROV House Pizza / RM 28.00 >
< Sugee Cake / RM 12.90 >
I love butter cake. I love sugee cake too.
< Mango Panna Cotta / RM 16.90 >
They serve Italian dessert too.
< Ice Cream (Basil & Nutmeg) / RM 8.90 >
Have you ever tasted a Nutmeg ice cream? Yeah? How about a Basil one?
< Cocktail Bernadetta Segala / RM 25.00 >
< Their House wine. Condor Andino Malbec / RM 105.00 >
Thanks Ruins of Victoria for having us. Great food and great hospitality.
